Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new pricing takes effect immediately and we'll prorate the difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial on the Starter and Professional plans. No credit card is required to start your trial. You'll have full access to all features included in your chosen plan.

You'll receive a notification when you reach 80% of your limit. If you exceed your limit, you can purchase additional documents at R25 per document on Starter, or R20 per document on Professional. Enterprise plans have no limits.

All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT at 15% will be added to your invoice in accordance with South African tax regulations.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, EFT (electronic funds transfer), and debit orders for South African clients. Enterprise clients can also pay via invoice with net-30 terms.

Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. If you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. Your data will be available for export for 30 days after cancellation.
